Individual therapy services focus on holistic healing from complex and acute trauma by addressing its impacts on the body, emotions, and mind with an emphasis on the existential and spiritual impacts of trauma. Types of therapy offered include Somatic Experiencing, Coherence Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
Relationship therapy services focus on identifying the key patterns and emotional learning underlying common challenges in romantic partnerships and family relationships with communication, rupture and repair, sexual and/or emotional intimacy, and challenges with connection. Services are open and inclusive for family relationships, couples, polyamorous partnerships, ethically non-monogamous partnerships, and are kink-friendly. Types of therapy offered include Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment-Based Therapies.
Group therapy services include groups focused on relational healing and interpersonal processing with complex and developmental trauma. Psychedelic integration and processing therapy groups focus on creating a safe and welcoming environment to explore the meaning, insights, and potential challenging experiences of working with psychedelic medicines and plant teachers.
Current Psychotherapy Groups
Consultation services include individual and/or group formats focused on providing specialized and in-depth support when working with complex and developmental trauma as well as the inclusion of psychedelic medicines into therapeutic treatment. Consultation includes a special emphasis on ethical decision-making and building solidarity and friendship with like-minded clinicians interested in exploring the depths of the human experience encountered in working with trauma and in non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Current Consultation Groups
Specialized education and training for organizations and individuals focuses on healing trauma holistically across the lifespan in single session and in multi-week course formats. Motivational Interviewing training is also an offering from Kadmon Counseling and Psychedelic Therapy in either basic or advanced levels of practice. Specific education in working with psychedelic medicines and plant teachers is offered to organizations, groups, and individuals across various topics and areas of practice.
